Heartopia Reset Timer
The official September 2 notice gives 6:00 AM server time for Festival Slab respawns. This timer converts that reference only after you enter a confirmed server UTC offset. It does not establish a universal game reset.
For example, enter 0 only if your server is confirmed as UTC, or -5 only if it is confirmed as UTC-5. These examples do not identify Heartopia's server timezone. Leave blank if you cannot confirm it.

The source concerns Festival Slabs during the relevant festival. A countdown reaching zero does not prove that a slab is available or that a quest, shop, fish or other resource has refreshed. Use each in-game activity's own countdown and confirm that its event is still open.
