Heartopia Materials: Match the Item to Its Source
For a starter Joinery room, collect Timber and Quality Timber from trees and Branch from bushes. Stone and Ore come from rock nodes, while Roaming Oak Timber and Flawless Fluorite have moving sources introduced by story quests. A named material pack is a separate building or furniture input; it is not interchangeable with these raw resources.
Trees
Timber
The wood needed for every Joinery recipe below. Keep Timber separate from Quality Timber in your inventory.
Quality Timber
Used alongside Timber for the Joinery Single Bed, 2-Seat Sofa and Tea Table. Ordinary Timber cannot fill this ingredient slot.
Rare Timber
A separate wood for recipes that explicitly ask for Rare Timber. It is not needed for the five starter Joinery recipes on this page.
Bushes
Branch
Used for Joinery Stool and Repair Kit. One Repair Kit costs 5 Branch; the screenshot-linked recipe evidence shows that amount.
Rocks
Stone
A building and crafting resource. Check whether a recipe asks for Stone or Ore before choosing which rocks to mine.
Ore
The resource is named Ore in the referenced inventory database. The Astralis in Fishing Village quest asks for it together with Quality Timber.
Moving resources
Roaming Oak Timber
Obtained from the moving tree Oak-Oak, rather than the stationary giant trees that supply Rare Timber.
Flawless Fluorite
A distinct mineral used by furniture recipes. The Onsen Mountain story introduces its moving blue rock; a tutorial location is not a permanent daily pin.
A concrete gathering target: 37 Timber + 6 Quality Timber
These amounts make one Joinery Single Bed, one Joinery Tea Table and two Joinery Chairs. Subtract what you already own before gathering. The bed uses 8 Timber + 4 Quality Timber, the table uses 9 Timber + 2 Quality Timber, and each chair uses 10 Timber. See the individual recipe records for the ingredients.
Bring 5 Branch if you also need one Repair Kit. Bob teaches this recipe in the opening tutorial; Mobi.ggās Recipe Book screenshot shows the Branch requirement as 5. Gather from bushes, then select Repair Kit at the Workbench.
Track the materials for this room āMaterial packs and building materials: check the named input
If a furniture or building entry asks for a named Material Pack, chopping more Timber will not fill that slot. For example, the Grimkin Night Material Pack record describes an input for exclusive Grimkin Night furniture and building materials. Keep its exact name separate from Timber, Ore and cooking ingredients.
- Open the furniture recipe or the building entry you want and read the exact pack name and quantity.
- For the current Night of Divination festival, open the Catalog and inspect the tiered rewards. The official announcement includes material packs among the rewards gained through Festival Level progression; complete Catalog goals and Daily Requests for Festival Points.
- Check the reward label and claim condition against the required pack before gathering or buying anything. A Festival Pack is a paid catalog upgrade, while a material pack is an item input.
Official Catalog reward and Festival Pack rules. Entry: D.G. Member Level 7 and āThe Answer Lies Withinā; October 10, 06:00āNovember 21, 05:59 server time.
Choose the next source before leaving home
- Joinery room: trees and bushes cover the worked example. Rare Timber, Ore and Fluorite are not required for that bundle.
- Rare Timber recipe: head to the thick-trunk giant trees beside the Suburbs housing road. This is a different pickup from Oak-Oakās timber.
- Moving resource: finish the relevant story introduction first. The introductory Fluorite location and Oak-Oakās forest encounter do not establish their later daily locations.
- Material Pack: inspect the recipe and matching reward or store entry rather than running a wood route.
This page covers eight selected raw resources and a material-pack example. Gathering instructions use linked gameplay walkthroughs; item names and recipes use linked community databases. The page does not assign unsupported rarity grades, exact home-plot numbers, respawn timers or daily caps.
